Have been to this particular restaurant for at least thirteen years. Sometimes they get orders correct but the majority of the time, it is as if they pay no attention to what they're supposed to prepare. Last time there I ordered two hamburgers with bacon. Received two bacon cheeseburgers. This is common for me so I took them back and the cashier was not friendly. The next time they brought me two burgers they both still had cheese, and one of them didn't even have bacon.
Incomplete orders/incorrect orders unfriendly Management, messy dinning areas.
Can't give half a Star. But, often seen unhealth meal preparation habits including staff using restroom & Not sanitizing themselves before returning to food prep areas.
We stopped here for a break on a road trip. It took a minute to get there off the Interstate, but the food was good and the service was great. The workers were very personable.
The employees are great. What was off-putting was the lack of professionalism from the manager. The manager was dresses in civilian clothes, barking orders instead of helping their employees. She-the manager then proceeded to just smoke her cigarettes outside. The employees and food are great. Management not in uniform, barking at employees is a turn off and not fun to listen to while eating. I think the owner of this BK should make some management changes.
Waited around 15 minutes for one combo with sweet tea that tastes like water. When employee finally brought my food he just said “here ya go” and walked off. Last time I go this BK for sure. Don’t waste your time.
