Out of the last five years I have shopped at this WalMart only a handful of times have I received a haircut. They only have one person working every time I come. So you can't buy any product, get your name on the list, or have your haircut because there's someone getting a hair coloring, perm, or some other long treatment. They say come back in an hour or so and maybe then. You come back and they have another one going.
This has been going on since Grey the old manager left. When he was here, we could get a haircut or on the list. I'm not sure what the difference. I can't see this store staying open with one employee working.
My wife and I were wanting to have our hair done. I am guessing the girl working can only do hair cuts. She refused our service at 3:30 claiming they closed at 6, but they are supposed to be open till nine and we had been there at 8 p.m. before. Clearly this woman had no idea what she was doing.
Went to get a trim. Came home and hair was uneven. She did not even damp it or anything to cut/trim it. She dried cut it and came home and it looked awful and was was very uneven. Felt like she was in a hurry and their was literally no business there that day.
Went in with long blonde hair...wanted brown with blonde highlights...came out RED...very Red
