Wonderful shop, great stock, friendly staff... but... DO NOT GET ANYTHING HIGH-END SERVICED HERE. I brought in a campag-fitted De Rosa and despite the connoisseurship and appreciation of Richard in the shop, it came out worse than it came in, including a stripped and ruined hub, a mis-aligned stem and skipping, sticking gears. Brought back once for adjustment- came out worse again.. Came back again to explain this, patiently asked for a partial refund of labour costs so I could take it in to a better qualified store. Richard suddenly became less friendly and the whole experience left an unpleasant taste. I did not want to be rude, and I did not want anyone to lose face, but I did expect them to be fair and honest about the deficiency in their work. I dont like to complain, and I wasnt planning on, but the experience was ultimately a let-down
